    Margana went on TV in both Houston and Dallas (I saw both interviews) and said Of course she never meant to suggest that she was substituting her judgment for the President of the United States. Something like that, very diplomatic, very deferential. She had to 'cause TX is a red state. In your opinion, she might have been "right" as rain, but I don't think it sat well with many Texans.
