 I don’t recall ever in my following of Miss America, no press the day after crowning. Is she already back in New York? Did they cancel the tour? Or just no interest? I wanted to see her on some shows today.

It has been on Sunday for at least 10years now. Click on E online and it says page doesn’t exist. Click on GMA and it was last year‘s interview with Abby. The other two are just recaps. ......I can't speak for other shows when Miss America usually briefly appeared----CNN News, LIVE with Kelly and Regis/then Ryan and now her husband Mark, and Entertainment Tonight....however, check your local channel for Tuesday's (today) episode of the syndicated tabloid-entertainment show INSIDE EDITION...they had a segment on Miss America last Friday featuring brief comment clips from Miss Colorado, Miss Rhode Island, and Miss Florida (hey, all they needed was an Asian contestant to get all races).....and today most likely they will follow-up with a winner's story-most especially if Cassandra/Cassie is back in New York City where the show is based....they often have the winner interviewed in the newsroom. Watch today.

I disagreed (a lot) with the age limit increase, so I'm not really pleased with the result. Debbie Maffett was possibly the best MA of my generation, and even she seemed a little mature for the role at 25/26. Regardless, she won under the rules in place. (NT)No name
