Someone posted this two days ago, which noted the newly-named Miss Kentucky-USA 2025, Mattie Barker, was the first runner-up to Miss Tennessee-USA 2025 (when and where was that state pageant).

Well, while that forum reader was posting that on Monday, NBC affiliate Kentucky's News 40 in Bowling Green posted this story that day:

What real connection did Mattie Barker have to Tennessee, as this news story that was posted online tells of her being from Bowling Green, Kentucky, unless there is a Bowling Green in Tennessee as well.

At least this story mentioned that the Kentucky state director is Melissa Proctor (A Texas native who was formerly Miss Ohio-USA 1990 and Miss USA semi-finalist that year in Wichita, Kansas. But we wonder, does Melissa still use large cans of beans as weights during work-outs??!!).
