 Clarification on Holding a Local title twice.

At the local directors' meeting held in Orlando, Florida, during the national competition week, the following clarification was modified with regard to a delegate holding the same local title more than once.

Clarification: A contestant may be awarded and represent the same local title/program more than once, provided at least one (1) pageant year or one (1) competition cycle has elapsed between her terms.

If Local Org has Multiple Titles they my compete for other title as a way to skip being same local title back to back.
