Does anyone remember when this became allowed? I think my state still doesn't allow their current titleholder to simultaneously give up their 1 local title that night and win the 2nd local title in the same night. If she steps down from her original title, it would make sense. But how does the production even work to give up your crown one second and win the next? (NT)No name

    I’ve seen instances where that titleholder gets no farewell or either she gets a slideshow of some sort after all the final ballots have been turned in and tallied. (NT)No name
