Subject: Was there even a contract to begin with? It sounds like there was a verbal agreement between Glenn and Robin instead of a contract on paper.

The article mentioned that she approached the organization with the Glenn agreement "in hand," so I took that to mean there must be some documents out there. Contracts can be verbal, but my same thought would apply to that...where is the failure to perform? (NT)No name
