Subject: I spoke to Nancy's freshman college roomie at a beauty pageant convention held in my city. Her roommate reports Nancy thought she was going to win. I responded my source only mentioned Aiken.

Thinking that you are going to win before the pageant starts and still saying that you "actually won" after it is over are two different things. One is optimism, the other is a river in Egypt. (NT)She never could accept that she didn't win. She is still chasing that crown.
