Subject: Texas has a small class this year it seems. Some locals didn’t even crown winners. One local was supposed to crown four Miss and four Teens, but ended up crowning only one Miss.

All the returnees that you referenced are quality young ladies, intelligent and competitive, so I wouldn't count any one of them out from winning the state title.
