Hannah Adams isn’t eligible for Florida. Family moved to Alabama. Ruby has lived in Alabama four years going to the University of. Hannah did not shine on stage last night like she did last year. Her white interview dress completely washed her out and she looks very thin. Ruby was definitely a standout last night in that gorgeous gown. In my opinion the competition is surely between the two of them but I see the vocal of Ruby scoring higher that the dance Hannah will perform. I still feel Ruby is the winner.
