If you are between your undergrad and graduate program's, how would qualify to represent a state at Miss America? If you’re in between programs you are not a resident of Alabama, you are a resident of your home state. Ruby will have to give up her med school scholarship to compete at Miss America. Therefore she is not a full time student and or a resident of Alabama. An Apartment that you have not resided in for more than 6 months should not count as residence.
