State Directors aren’t frustrated because of change. We’re frustrated because the rules keep changing without being communicated.

Now we’re being told that judging panels should be weighted more heavily toward women, yet that was never put in writing. Like several other “new rules” that seem to appear while states are already planning their competitions.

A phone call isn’t policy. If Ryan followed conversations with emails, there would be a clear record of what was actually communicated.

State organizations deserve transparency, consistency, and written guidelines, not surprises halfway through the planning process.

This was not communicated on a regional call. Ryan is simply covering his ass, per usual. I wish Robin knew how badly his lack of communication and transparency makes this organization look. Stop creating rules midstream. (NT)No name

Most state panels are comprised of women, why is this even an issue? (NT)No name
