Subject: Depends on the date of the state pageant and the contestant’s birthday. If she has a June 10 birthday and the state pageant is June 11, then she can’t compete.

Right, which is ridiculous. So two girls who were born on the exact same day may have a difference in their eligbility. And the kicker is they won't even know until the state pageant decides on their date. My word, Robin is going from bad to worse (NT)No name
