Subject: What states have the most suprising and disappointing scholarship programs? For me NH had a shockingly robust one. DC has a suprisigly disappointing one. For all the foundations and donor work in DC I would think they had more sponsored scholarships

This year when Madison won Colorado the only scholarship that they gave out was to the winner. Top 5, prelim winners, community service all got nothing. (NT)No name

SC will always be top notch with this. Winner gets $60,000 and they give over $100,000 away during the week. They've also shared this year that winner will get a salary, as well. (NT)No name

The Organization was known for its scholarships, it ended on the national level with Robin and its the states that how now picked up the major portion of the Scholarships incentive for the organization, SAD (NT)No name
