This is encouraging news! Not sure what was going on with California organization, but they were not preparing their titleholders very well to compete at Miss America, having only made it 3 times in the past 11 years. Prior to that, Miss California had a great record since the millennium. Good luck to the new organization – may they find success at Miss America again. (NT)No name
