Subject: Well, it would be of help had you told which pageant system it was---as if it was MAO program, there would have been the issue of state field directors, where he/shew was and did they do their job, as explained above. By naming some other pageant system with your posting, readers here could likely understand your situation a bit better----it would not make it better for you back when your issue happened
