 i came to this world for a very simple reason. it exists as a point where the forces gather in harmony..... this portion of the planet is set aside for the good. that is why the darkness comes here. it sees it as an easy target. that is also why it took them so long to track me here. it was one of the last places that they expected to find me....

Verdandi's rules don't exactly go into effect here, so to speak. please note that i speak of Verdandi only because you spoke of fate. she gives the masses freedom to a point- but she knows how their lives will end. she rarely lets battles break out between deities, and she never lets false deities remain in power for terribly wrong without good reason.....

....i do not choose to cary the burdens that i do. they chose it for me. and, because of the way that things are working out to right now, there really isn't anything that i can do about it..... that is why i am seeking help..... my sister, you see, is in a similar situation...... i do not want to see her end up like.... well, me.
