~*~*upon your return, you discovered that the bar was fine on the outside, but virtually non existant on the inside. somebody had been here before you got back, and everything was broken. the only thing that seemed intact were the 3 stone pedistals that had always been standing in the center of the bar. you walked over to them, and discovered that nothing had touched them- not even a scratch in the finely polished stone. you wondered why, placing your hand on one of them. you thought back to the previous times that the bar had been destroyed- these had never fallen, never been scorched, never fallen over.... perhaps Daypaw had 'forgotten' to mention something about them. you disregarded the thought, and continued your search of the bar. you turned over broken tables and chairs, and went on with the search for about an hour. in the end, you found a few very unusual things..... the first was that one table and 2 chairs were sitting in the rafters, unbroken, as if somebody had been sitting up there. another was that the sealing spheres, not only were intact, but had been lined up in one corner. nothing had been released from them, to your relief. the windows were all intact, but had been pulled from the walls by the frames, and were stacked in a pile outside. the thing that worried you most was the fact that somebody had rearanged the tile on the floor.... the phoenix pattern that had been facing north now faced east. you scratched your head in thought, then climbed behind the counter to look there. your heart nearly exploded through your chest when you saw somebody there- somebody familiar, yet distant. you looked at him closely- Girion's human form. you had to wonder what had caused it to be here- the feline version of him was still alive, you could sense his presence off in the distance. you reached out to see if he was alive, but he vanished. you jerked your hand back, and climbed back over the counter. none of this made any sense at all......*~*~
