~*~*the bird did not seem impressed with any of the displays, and continued gathering the energy. he let it drop, as it quickly took over the entire area. a sphere, somewhat like the ones around the lake and forest, began to form. the energy was different, a deep blue spiraling upward to a single point. you were trapped inside of it now. the bird pulled its head back and screached loudly, as the sound bounced off the barrier over and over, growing louder each time. you heard its 'voice' echoeing in the screach. it seemed to be saying, 'I am not your friend, never will be your friend, never have been your friend.' you blacked out a few moments later. a brief vision came to you. you saw, much to your dismay, 4 of the people you would rather have forgotten. the bird staanding before you was one of those you saw. the next was Lief, as he was before freed by Avalon. one of the others was Kakrine, in anthro-form. the last one was a huge 2 (not 3) headed dog burning in black flames. each had a number floating above them- the bird was number 13/13, kakrine was 8/13, the dog was 1/13, and Lief was 3/13. all of them were reflections of one of the Trials sent to this world by the dark spirits- and this bird was aparently the last one of them to be #13. you were slightly saddened to know that nobody had ever succeded in finding it, much less killing it, so this one was a shot in the dark. you snapped back to reality just in time to roll out of the way before its beak impacted right beside you. it soared back into the air, and glared down upon you.*~*~

This world was never meant to be, that is why the spirits are so concerned of its fate. You destroyed my 2 closest to kin.... One is no more than a slave now.
