Subject: Drama unfolding at the Philippine Congress regarding the PDAF scam. There are a few lists but this one is from Benhur's list from his digital files supposedly. This seems to be the more complete list of all the lists. Aside from the senators mentioned below, a few of Pres. Aquino cabinet members along with close to a hundred congressmen are also included in the list. Of course everyone in this list denies any involvement in the scam. This is getting more and more interesting. Another soap opera in the making?
Benhur Luy Revealed 25 Senators on Pork Barrel List
by Ed Umbao on May 14, 2014
Whistle-blower Benhur Luy revealed the names of 25 past and present senators on her digital files detailing the transactions made by Janet Lim-Napoles made from 2002 to 2012. The list was handed over by Benhur Luy’s parents to Philippine Daily Inquirer.
The 25 list of past and present Senators are involved in the controversial Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) allocations to ghost projects and kickbacks.
According to Benhur Luy the entries were made upon the instruction of Janet Lim Napoles to Benhur Luy, Napoles’ finance office during that time. The files and list of 25 senators were copied by Inquirer from a hard disk drive (HDD) that Benhur Luy’s parents during a visit to its newsroom last year to ask for help in exposing the alleged plunder of state funds by Napoles and her clients.
Based upon the files presented by Benhur Luy, the funds were from projects for members of the COA, the minority bloc in the House of Representatives of 2003, the DOTC, savings from Department of Agriculture, DAR, allocation for the Senate President Pro Tempore, majority floor leader, and for budget insertions.
Here’s the List of the 15 Incumbent Senators who had Transactions with Napoles:
Juan Ponce Enrile
Ramon Revilla Jr.
Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos
Vicente “Tito” Sotto
Aquilino Pimentel III
Manuel “Lito” Lapid
Alan Peter Cayetano
Aside from the above-mentioned list acquired by Inquirer also in the records are the names of former Senators:
Ramon Revilla Sr.

- Maybe the Philippines should have a snap election to replace these thieves. (NT) -- What a bunch of crooks!, Thu, May 15 2014
- Lacson, Arroyo (Joker), & Osmena are not in there. But if the list of Luy,similar to Lacson's, is to be believe, it's obvious that almost all that are in the Senate now and in the past, and long before then, were all on the take. Kasi saan nga naman sila babawi so ginastos nilang ipinambili ng voto. Politics in Pinas is the only industry that you can buy into it with unimaginable high returns from investment, & and you don't need to do anything when elected. How these people can stomach to eat, drink, and be merry from the misery of the people, wouldn't be surprising at all. If you are a vulture like most of these current & past senatongs & tongressmen, they all have the stomachs of vultures and can take anything evil into to their system. Nai yurat ten apo ti kinabukatot ken dakes da. Now if almost all those that in the Senate are on the take, guess how many in House. I bet you more than 50%. BTW, Miriam's silence is very deafining. - I take back my remarks on Miriam. Baligod made a mistake in including her asd was the galring mistake made on JV Ejercito by Napoles. (NT) -- Johnny Cross (To err is human; to forgive, divine.), Mon, May 19 2014
