Subject: Hi Eugene, the best thing for you to do is to perhaps stop by at this area when you go visit up north. There is not actually a lot of space between the beach and the highway. I saw vacant lots there but not sure if they are for sale. A few residential houses already dot the area along the highway. The beach is not yet developed. The town of Santa Maria should developed and improve this beach because it has a lot of potential. You could also go to the other end of the beach which is called Nalvo Brach. There might be more vacant lots there. Nalvo Beach is not along the highway. There is a road going to this beach. Just ask the people how to get there. Try going to the Santiago beach. You might like it there but I think most of the vacant lots there are already owned by the Singsons. If fact they already have a hotel there.
