Subject: TIGRE II Day Two - Gala Night Photos

Hi again. Here is the second batch of the photos that I took at the reunion – The Gala Night. It took me awhile to put these photos together because I had to do a screen capture from the videos that I took since I didn’t take a lot of photos from my small camera. It took me awhile to sort and prepare these photos so I apologize for the delay and the mediocre quality of some of the photos.

Just like the first night, it was a fun and memorable night for everyone. It was the main event so naturally people came in droves in their best attires to witness the coronation of the winners of Miss TIGRE II and to unwind and relax and to have a good time. There were a lot of dancing and Kodak moments. It reminded me of our town fiesta back home. However, the difference that I have noticed between the states and home is our kababayans here are less afraid to dance. They are not bashful when it comes to dancing, and I think that is great because it keeps the party alive.

The emcees for the night are Manuel Laranang from Tagudinians Association of Southern California and Julia Dauz Lardizabal from Tagudinian Association of Canada. Just like the emcees at the first night, they did a pretty good job. They kept us entertained all throughout the night. Manang Julia did so well that Edgar Fernandez, the president of Hawaii Tagudinians Association said jokingly the he wants to import her to Hawaii to host an event for HTA. Thank you Manong Manuel and Manang Julia.

Thank you again everyone especially to the organizers. Kudos to you for the job well done.

Enjoy the slideshow.
