Subject: possessed door lock

Hi All, My door lock is acting weird. Whenever i open the driver and passenger doors, the lock knob goes up and down for about 7-8 times. It don't do this when i open the trunk. Where should i check first? lock actuators, lock cylinder, micro switch or the control unit? TIA
