Subject: Fusebox question on #fuse

On my US 1989 325ic w/cruise and heated seats, there is an extra outside black fuse box (small for four slots). There are two wires running to it, one red and one green with one 5amp and the other 10amp fuse in slots. It's definitely BMW part with five digit numbers by the slots. Think it's something like 16989. What is this for? Is it for the heated seats? Where is the link for fuses again?
