I would replace the control arms and bushings with stock BMW parts made by Lemförder. I recommend the steel arms, as you will not notice the difference to alu arms anyway, so that is a waste of money. I also think the M3 bushings are at least as good as urethane bushings in most ways.

Replacing the ball joints is usually more expensive and time consuming than just getting a new arm. It is not THAT expensive.
