You'll get a noticeable increase in power, and a very noticeable increase in volume. On the side you might get a few smiles from young guys, but you'll definitely get a few angry fists hehe. No problems should arise to my knowledge assuming you can figure out how to seal everything up properly. unfortunately our cats are not bolt-on in terms of just the cat (not the leading pipe from manifold (or header) down to cat).
