It certainly looks like the same kind of problem they had last time we wnt through this. If I remember correctly it was a hardware problem with either the router or one of the ethernet ports.
Hope someone can contact Toby to find out what's up...he may not even be aware of the problem if only BEN is affected.

It is amazing how dependant we have become on technology and how quickly we are frustrated when it fails us :~(
