I`d start by downloading the txt file and opening that with notepad. Txt files cannot contain viruses but make sure notepad opens it because if the file is .txt.bat then that could contain a virus because it would be executed on the command line.

If the text file looks fine (if it really is BMW related text) then open the jpeg file. Last of all if you`re sure it`s okay open the exe file.

There are free av tools around, F-Prot is one of them. Or if you have a yahoo account forward the email there and then scan each attachment before opening through yahoo.
