So if the doctors save her, then god actually did it through the doctor's hands? But if she dies, then god wanted her dead or did the doctor's fail?

Does god have such a direct hand in everything like this or just life or death situations?

What about couples that can't have kids? They try and try and try, but nothing. Then they go to a doctor who can do some hocus pocus with eggs from here, sperm from there, stick them in, whamo she's pregnant. Does that mean god wanted her pregnant or not? Did man step in and make something happen that wasn't supposed to?

If this is the case, can this be applied to murderers? John Smith is walkind down the street as god knows he will, having every intention of living that day. Someone shoots him out of the blue, boom, he's dead. Did that person go against god's plan for John that day or did god want John dead for whatever plan he has going on up there?

Can you differentiate the mother dying on the operating table and John being murdered as far as god's hand or lack there of on what happens?
