Author: Dawna [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 15:39:05 03/09/02 Sat Hi Tami: I just wanted to tell you "thanks" for your "encouraging" words about my message. I guess I felt that when I first read those words that somehow just because we may have "fewer" numbers here that we are somehow "lesser" fans. Although, I am sure that that was not what was intended. But Canadian fans SHOULD speak out and it was kind of disappointing to see only two people respond in support to Loverboy being inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame! There is a website for the Junos' which is www.junos.sympatico.ca. I have only had one chance to go into it so far , but have not seen a place where people can send their comments, such as who should be inducted into the Music Hall of Fame, yet. This years inductees in the Hall of Fame is The Guess Who....well they HAVE been around longer than Loverboy and if they haven't been inducted yet, then I guess they deserve it too!
