Great article about censorship and how the courts are losing their ability to convict on real evidence.

My comments:

This article is very troubling. What Rick Holmes barely touched on is the Jury system itself. It seems juries are becoming an embarrassment to the Constitutional process. In all bluntness they are really getting to be stupid buffoons in a lot of cases, swayed by incompetent Judges who have an agenda themselves.I and my brother have witnessed this ourselves in judgments against us or in a few cases watching what has happened to Harold Wolfe. The Juries we total imbeciles, and in Harolds last case the judge was embarrassingly agenda driven, later to have been proven wrong after Mr Wolfe served 30 days for no good reason in jail.

Juries have lost the intellectual capacity to what our rights truly entail and what EVIDENCE really is. Apparently they are watching to much TV. They are also swayed by organizations such as the ADL, the Anti Defamation League, notorious for having agendas of their own to stifle free speech, especially against groups not in favor of Israel. Our original censorship and one year suspension from Framinghams Cable TV was leaked to us with a letter from the ADL to the cable people against us .Oops, we shouldn't have seen that, but to late.

The ADL is tops in my list for the thought crime agenda, and sadly, they have infiltrated our schools and police with telling people how they should think. Just look who is sponsoring all this bullying propaganda. I guess you can say that thought crime is the thing to do if one wants to be guilty of anything now where once EVIDENCE, real in hard physical evidence, was needed for conviction.
