I also checked out the "Post Sustainability Institute" and found it totally
informative, up to date with current laws and actions and just packed with
information explaining Miss Rosa Koires mission statement.

Since I had already read her great informative book and watched her video in
whole and in parts again to make sure of what I was hearing, I must say that I
was amiss to really check out here web site until this past post above.

That being said, I did and found her information especially her videos quite
revealing as to how the press works. She shows links to the original articles
from the press interviews THEN she shows the videos of her talking with the
interviewer proving that the press writes what it wants, no matter what you say
to them.

I thought it was great on her web site that she explained what is called the
"Delphi Technique" to 'manufacture consensus

So my experience seems to be a bit more in length as to researching the
website, and I was surprised to see the information she had was more than even
I had expected.

Like I mentioned in another post, Miss Rosas Koires book is a real look as to
how things are done in the USA as to certain issues. This Green communities
stuff and the Sustainability issues are an example of how those with the money
or let's put it this way, those who want to make money on issues can with their
"Delphi techniques" eventually get their way no matter what you do, well
almost.

Miss Rosa Koire is standing up to the critics and with the help of citizens
who really want to be informed and know all the FACTS can eventually win, but
it is a constant fight against big business and in the long run against this
Agenda 21 dream that really is turning into a nightmare for some people,
especially with the eminent domain issues and blighted communities Acts.

Miss Koire's expertise as a eminent domain specialist for the State really
shows that she knows what she is talking about. This isn't builders talking to
lenders and giving their views, because obviously, those builders no matter
what, are going to pass their cost on to YOU. They don't build out of
compassion or altruism, they build to make MONEY. Rosa shows how all this is
going to impact YOU the little guy, the one who has to go through the legal
battles over land disputes and eminent domain issues. She is on YOUR side.

The previous writer did make a good comment that we should look into
communities that have adopted this "stretch code", but I take it further, we
should look into communities that have NOT adopted this code.

I was surprised to see that very well respected organization specializing in
world Health, The Weston A. Price foundation has come out against this Agenda
21, ICLEI stuff for very good reasons. One comment there mentions this:

"Alabama has voted as a state to remove itself from ICLEI"

Anyway, I have asked numerous times for those crying "conspiracy" for anything
to disprove the opinions of Miss Rosa Koire by any means and have got no
responses, so there you have it.
