I have seen the word "conspiracy" thrown around a bit here and would like to know, Conspiracy of WHAT?

Miss Koires web site, videos, book and opinions haven't been convicted in any court of law as to a "conspiracy". The Attorney Generals office of Massachusettes or California hasn't charged her with a "charge of "conspiracy' either so what is the "conspiracy?
Conspiracy of fraud?
Conspiracy of terrorism?
Conspiracy having an opinion?

I think it is up to all Citizens to warn people of consequences by their own experiences and research, of things that are going to have a major impact on their world, City, Town and community.

The Town of Framingham like most towns in this country are seeing the impact of pollution in its various forms to our air and the negative impacts of population growth that needs to be addressed caused by this.

Thus we have Planning departments that gives us things like a "Mater Plan" or in this discussion "stretch codes" to speed up the process to implement those plans. That is not bad in itself. BUTTTTT when that implication involves stepping on an individuals Constitutional rights of "life Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness" then something needs to be addressed especially when the happiness involves your house and land.

Town meeting through many opposing viewpoints addressed some issues with this "Stretch Code" and planning stuff articles showing the necessity of changing our towns laws when common sense and personal freedom to do with what you own is your business.

We all dread the word "Communism" but do we dread the word "communitarianism"?
Meaning, "An individuals rights are a threat to the global community"

Do we really need someone to tell us that we HAVE to get energy efficient windows or bring our houses up to efficient energy standards by making it a LAW?
Do we really need to be fined for not having those standards?
That we can't sell our house unless we have done 1.5% of the houses total price in upgrades to the new owner to make it green?

Not really. But that is what is happening now on the slippery course to save energy through these "stretch codes" and rezoning and planning articles.

All this isn't something that just happened. The talking points that I mentioned about Miss Koire and her mission is to warn people where this is heading, that's all.

I mentioned in a previous post that certain STATES, Alabama, for one, has opted out of this ICKLEI propaganda. If you can call something I believe in a "conspiracy" I can call the sustainability movement", the green movement, smart movement, propaganda. Fair is fair.

On page 8 of Miss Koires book is this statement:

"Under the planet of saving the planet we are drowning liberty. Under the mask of green our civil liberties are being restricted, constricted, and suffocated in every village and hamlet. The plan is imposed locally"

That is where all this "stretch code" stuff is going.

Town meeting already showed the members worrying about the "constrictions" and the money it could cost new house owners to comply with some of these restrictions. Those concerns were NOT a "conspiracy"
They were honest concerns to the COST of all this to the average homeowner.
A previous poster said that he talked to builders about all of this, he of course is a lender to these builders. Why should they care about the cost? They just pass it on to YOU.

All this is just the tip of the iceberg. That is why I am worried about the "Stretch Code" and especially WHO are going to benefit from it. This isn't conspiracy, this is the way things are going to go from now on if you don't ask more questions.

One town has opted out of all this and it is CARVER Massachusetts. I'd like to see why they did.

Other Cities and townships did also but that is mentioned on page 164 of Miss Koires book, "Behind The Green Mask"
