Can't wait to see how this works out. The VTT guy is noted for his allowing Illegal aliens to inhabit his apartments. This is nothing but another fix just like putting lipstick on a pig. Will this guy let Illegal aliens take over his apartments? Will he allow a half dozen unrelated peoples live in these apartments full well knowing that most of them could potentially be illegal? Of course why ask? The businesses that he has lined up for this area, are they going to use e-verify? Or are we going to have the same ol same ol of Brazilian and other immigrants flood the downtown, who are probably Illegal and have MANY MANY more cars for the spaces allowed and just cause utter chaos for the area?

I wouldn't mind but seeing the meetings with this guy before the planning board and the gals on the planning board just ogling and goggling over Mr Theodorakos made me think of high school girls over a new good looking student in town.

If you don't solve they way you allow the illegal's to have access to this downtown project then you are not going to solve anything. That would include our Selectmen asking good questions to those who are going to open up businesses there such as:

ARE YOU a legal resident of the USA and do you employ LEGAL people authorized to work in the USA?

That would be a great start, but the Selectmen have NEVER asked such questions to ANY business that has come before then, KNOWING the town has a huge problem in this area with Illegal Immigrants and their document fraud and the Selectmen have embarrassed the town by having dubious questionable people open up businesses, such as the Train station building.

One Selectmen charged one of those people that he had committed PERJURY on his documents. But the Selectmen let the business, a Brazilian eatery open. Now that building sits closed with people OWED monies because our Selectmen dropped the ball like usual.

Absolutely shameful how our own Selectmen show their ignorance of a great majority of our foreign people and how they do business in this town.

I have been writing about this for years and nothing has changed. Will this VTT guy really change anything? I really doubt it.
