The Adult ESL Plus program going the way of the "fine weave of corruption"

For years now I have been complaining about a program in Framingham called "The Adult ESL Plus". This program while being nobel in trying to teach new LEGAL immigrants English and other commendable objectives, the program has been hijacked by a "fine weave of corruption" that is typically in countries that exist in India and Mexico.

What I mean by this is that these countries come under a set of rules established by years of bribery and corruption going all the way to teachers getting their jobs, to students getting rides on public transportation, inhabitants in illegal slums, big businessmen, rich farmers, school principals, the police, university presidents and even beggars looking for the prime spots at their much visited shrines.

Closer to home, we have programs that are now taking in a majority of individuals from these countries used to greasing the palms of authorities and when they come to America their corrupt mentality wears off on Americans who run programs to help them. The programs for them here adapt their mentality of lawlessness.

The Framingham Adult ESL Plus program is a program that doesn't come under statues dealing with helping children.

Children are protected by Constitutional decisions already in place for them. ADULTS have NO PROTECTION especially ILLEGAL ADULTS because such decisions as the 1996 Welfare Reform Act supposedly took care of that problem. That problem was that NO entitlements should go to any people illegally here in this country. The Adult ESL program is an entitlement that has gone the way of a "fine weave of corruption". Even though it is KNOWN that the majority of the people in this program are ILLEGAL a wink wink policy exist that skirts the law and sets up these people for a free ride without much scrutiny.

Americans are being hoodwinked to except these people because to fight this misuse of public funding would be tantamount to "racism". So Programs such as the Adult ESL program exist and eventually become the way things are done, thus making Framingham at least an aider and abetter to illegal aliens in their stay in the United States.

The majority of the people in these programs have false documents which should be frowned upon by the Citizens here. The result, our Town has become fully involved in the "fine weave of corruption".

We the Citizenry, have the opportunity to stop this "fine weave of corruption" by stopping programs such as the Adult ESL Plus program, firing its Directors and those responsible for promoting this lawlessness and revamping the program to finely come under a culture that reflects America as a nation based on Rule of Law. One set up upon principles of honesty and ethics. Only then will we be able to be a "Shinning city on a Hill" and one for people from other countries to emulate when they legally come here and not one where they feel uncomfortably at home with as to former criminality, bribery, and corruption.
