Subject: Suppositories

I have had some minor issues with constipation over the years. I have used Milk of Magnesia, Ex-Lax and enemas. For the most part, they have solved the problem.

I have never tired a suppository for constipation. I did have a female friend in college who used them several times a year and thought it was a safe effective way to deal with constipation.

The last time on was a passenger on an airplane, I got a bit constipated. A couple of doses of Milk of Magnesia solved the problem but it also gave me some cramps.

Sometime this year, I am thinking I am going to fly on an airplane again. As such, I am thinking I want to put a suppository in me to clean me out before I travel. Is that a good idea? or maybe I should take the suppository after the flight even if I have not missed a bowel movement.
