Grayson, was your Lucy married to Isaac Richard James in 1850? Lucy is in most cases a "nickname".

I have as my source for Lucy's birth the 1850 Elbert County, GA Census, but of course we all know the census are almost always off a few years, and does not list to complete names, and some pages from a book about the history of the Coldwater Comm. I have the Newton County, MS Cemetery Book but can't find Lucy. Under what name is she buried?

I'm sure you have the name correct and I am wrong. Your g-g-grandmother would know better than anyone. :)

I would like to correct my web page, if you will supply me with the correct info. Thanks,

Grace
