Which teens live in Cobb? They usually appoint a Cobb County girl. I think they would've appointed Kelly H if she had not won GA OT since she was already a Cobb queen and they knew her from their other pageants. I wonder if Emma Kate (Atlanta's Teen from this past year) is who it is. She did very well this year and I'm assuming she is from the area up there. Lizzy is now competing for GA Teen USA. I guess if that doesn't work out, they could appoint her.
