Which teens live in Cobb? They usually appoint a Cobb County girl. I think they would've appointed Kelly H if she had not won GA OT since she was already a Cobb queen and they knew her from their other pageants. Abby Quarles, Kelly Donahue, Kelly Hutchinson, Anna Tucker, Ansley Hawkins and Taylor McCoy have all grown up competing in their Little Miss Cobb and North Ga. State Fair Pageants.
