Subject: Dropped Another Game

Unfortunately our basketball team suffered another setback last Saturday, losing 59-53 at home. In all honesty neither team played very well, but they were a little better than us-both teams should have lost. I scored 14 points, grabbed 6 rebounds and blocked two shots. I made 4 free throws and five 2-point shots.

Maybe this weekend we can get back on the winning track.

Yesterday, as part of their winter tour, the Minnesota Twins caravan stopped at the athletic center on our campus. Each winter some members of the Twins organization tour parts of their broadcast area promoting Twins baseball, the encouraged everyone to travel to Minneapolis this summer and take in a couple of games. Those in attendance included: Manager Paul Molitor, Pitchers Trevor May and Tyler Duffy, Tony olive, Announcer Cory Provest and the mascot, TC Bear. They make winter tours though-out Twins Territory to promote the team. Kala, Jon, Jonah and I attended along some other friends – it was great time.

We are working hard in practice and hope to win this weekend.
