Hey PeteDad,

Great to hear you had a GREAT Feb. 28th Birthday, and
we are glad we could be apart of your special day and
celebration.

Glad you liked out College Hoop Game Win as a Birthday
Gift. We didn't know what else we might get you for a
gift.

It sounds like you had a really great birthday.

WHOW! You got some neat gifts! Especially the reproduction
signs of the oil company signs. We have seen Mobil Oil Co.
signs at flea markets, yard sales and in car magazines,
and can picture perhaps what yours looks like.

The same goes for the Standard Oil of Indiana, we can
picture what that one looks like too.

Our grandpas tell us there were a few gas stations in our area of Mobil and Standard Oil Company during the 1940s,
l950s and l960s. They kind of disappeared then on.

While on Away Road Trips with high school and college
sports teams we play on we have seen modern update
names to the Mobil and Standard Oil Companies of the Old
Versions of companies you have the reproduction signs of.

How did these two companies become your favorites? How
many metal signs of reproduction do you have for Oil
Companies now?

As mentioned, these two were popular oil companies
around in our areas, besides Shell Oil, short time
Sinclair and Clark Oil Companies which we have seen
historic photos of these gas stations in local/areas
county and city history books.

Thank You for sending "best of luck" in the upcoming
basketball tournament of games we got to play. We won
some and lost one to end our tournament season of play.

We had fun, and learned alot playing in the tournament
games. Better Luck next year, right?

Again, glad we could be apart of your birthday and
you had a great one.
