Hey Big Brother Tanner,

Great hearing from you! We know you have been busy,
and your Report certainly proved that, Teacher/Mr. Tanner!

Sounds like you are off to a GREAT teaching career. Is it
happening like you expected it to be? How is Kala doing in
her teaching? What Grade(s) is she teaching, what level,
and what has been happening with her, etc.?

Do you like to be called Mr. Tanner more then Mr. Gr***?
You rather be called Coach Tanner more, wouldn't you?

So your teaching 6th and 7th grades? Oh, do we remember
those days of school, and some great teachers both male
and female.

Good to hear the kids are respecting you. Teachers are
always worried whether they will be accepted by their
students, and if they have to win some over. Will you
be having to win some over?

Maybe you might! You've had to send two kids to detention
already? Really Mr. Tanner? Did you have to? None of these
students were any you had student teaching were they, and
they advanced to an upper grade on you? What did they do?
How many chances does a student get before having to go to
Detention? At least there isn't Student Paddling in your
school and having to send them to see Visit the Principal
Office. Ashamed to say it Big Brother but, a few of us here
had to at those grade levels. OUCH! Big embarrassment was
Pricipal and Asst. Principal family friends, they attended
schools with some of our parents.

Asst. Coach Tanner we wish you THE BEST in your helping
to coach these young football players. Good to hear YOU
and others are being patient with the players, and that
they are "coming around." Yeah, you knew it would be a
rebuilding season, and there would be some "fun" too, so
continue to make the best of practices and during games.

We can't picture you losing your temper big time but,
do you think you might sometime in the distant future
in a few years when your more "seasoned?"

(Mark): Coach Tanner, say I'm one of your players,
and I'm having some playing "problems". Pretend now!
You know I'm really an "awesome" player but, I'm curious
and everyone else here is too, what kind of a Pep Talk
would you give a player or group of players trying to
learn?

(Drew): Played three games so far and record is 1-2? What's some of the scores of the games?

(Sean): Has your team a good field goal kicker?

(Cody): That is AWESOME your working with players,
Tight Ends on your former high school football team.
A powerhouse team? That is GREAT! Could be this Team
might win a State Title this year?

How'd those two games go playing "the best two teams
of the conference?" GOOD LUCK to the Team!

(Hunter): Wouldn't it be "awesome" if the Team went to
play for a state title? Would you get to go as one of
the coaches?

THANK YOU Big Brother for your "congrats" and encouragement
to us and best wishes to our college football team. We are
playing hard, like everyone else on the team, and we don't
take any team we play for granted. We do want to 'kick their
butts" but realize too, if us or other team members are
ready to play or don't do good playing that our butts will
get kicked. (Drew: Won't take much for Mark's little butt
to be "kicked" so, he needs to be on his guard.)

GOOD LUCK in advance for to you and team for you coaching
9th grade basketball. We each have been thinking in the
back of our minds about playing hoops but, know football
comes first.

Are you encouraging players to shoot in their free time
all those free throws you'd shoot during the summer time
months? Are you finding some really tall players in your
recruiting searches to play?

Parent/Teacher Conference within 3 weeks? Have you reached
the time for the Conferences yet, since you posted your
thread?

We hope you don't have any parents who want to blame YOU
that their kid can't learn, if they aren't doing good in
class or school. Stick up for your Rights now Big Brother
or Mr. Tanner. Some parents blame the School and The System
if their son or daughter isn't learning in school.

All of US are rooting for you to have a great teaching
career and coaching career. We wish we could for a day
be "young again" and be students in one of you classes.
It would be fun and see how much we could learn from the
New Era of Teaching we shall call it, since we each were
6th and 7th graders.

(Drew): I'd laugh my butt off if you sent Mark to Detention!
At least is little butt would be Paddle Free seeing how
your school doesn't have Corporal Punishment!

(Mark): Don't you listen to him Mr. Tanner. I wouldn't be
a troublemaker in your class! I would want to learn all I
can from you. Let's see, your teaching Anatomy? You wouldn't
by chance be talking about different parts of the Female
Body when I attended class would you? Holly has a "great" looking body. You should see her in one of her bathing suits. I would like to learn more about Holly's "feelings"
and other things.

(Drew): Okay Mark. Watch it! If you have some certain
questions, maybe you and your dad need to have a few
more "talks", know what I mean?

(Mark): Gottcha. I was just asking Mr. Tanner for a
Second Opinion! Geeze!

(All of us): Have a Great Week at school. Oh, did we
mention that our former high school Homecoming Football
game is this Friday night and coaches have invited us to
stand along the sideline with team to help encourage them
and their playing? Should be fun. We remember our Homecoming game and half-time like it was yesterday!

Later...
