Subject: Hi

I hope everyone is having a great summer, and joying their time off from college. I am enjoying summer, but I have been busy.

After college was over for the summer, I came home and helped finish planting. Dad, Grandpa and Jesse had most of the planting done, except for some soybeans.

Earlier this year we bought 1500 acres of land from my Mom's uncle., I guess adding more acres means more work lol.

We had an early spring this year, and are already cutting hay. This is the earliest I can remember us starting to make hay, we are two weeks ahead of schedule.

Last Friday Grandpa and I took his tractors to a tractor trek. This is the first year for this trek. A town about 45 miles from us has Dairy Days the first Friday in June, and this year they added a tractor trek. The trek itself was 12 miles long, we then displayed our tractors on Main Street and later participated in the parade. 23 tractors participated.

This coming Friday Grandpa and I are taking the tractors to another trek, this one we participate in every year. The trek is 27 miles this year and I am looking forward to it.

I am playing in a summer baseball rec league. I play First Base and batting third in the line up. We played our first game Thursday winning 6-5, it was a come from behind win. We were down 5-1 at one point until our bats came alive. I hit into a double paly, drew a walk and hit a triple driving in two runs. We play again tomorrow night, June 9th.

I have been spending time with Kaylee and having fun riding my dirt bike.

What is everyone else doing?
