Hello Big Brother Brady and Amber,
That is really neat you have found a house to buy. We were hoping you
would. Renting is okay if you have to. On the way to our jobs at the
ballpark is a billboard advertising: WHY RENT? PAYING MONTHLY
RENTING PAYMENTS, WHEN YOU CAN OWN YOUR OWN HOUSE
AND HAVE SOMETHING TO SHOW FOR PAYING MONTHLY
PAYMENTS.

Three bedrooms, huh? No problem. If we come to visit you we SIX
DUDES can double up sleeping like we do inside the house of Mark's
grandparents on their farm.

2.5 baths? GREAT! We six dude won't have to wait much to use
a bathroom then. 3 car garage? We don't think we've ever known
anyone having a 3 car garage before. Always a first. Combined
kitchen and dining room? Easy to serve meals. Great family
room? We'd love to play in it!!

Big Brother Brady you get to have a MAN CAVE? That is
really, really nice of you Amber to allow this. Is this the
unfinished area you mentioned about that needs attention
in the house.

Looking ahead...are there schools nearby or will commuting
have to be done?

You finding a house to buy couldn't happen to you both with
you celebrating your FIRST WEDDING ANNIVERSARY in a
few days. What a great gift to give to each other!!

What's this...a fireplace in the house? GREAT! "Santa
ready" like you say Big Brother. You'll have to get a Trail
Camera of some kind so you can capture Santa on film.

Hey Coach Brady...GOOD LUCK coaching your summer baseball rec
league team this year. You always do a great job! A record of 3-2?
That is okay for starters. Importance is the team has a great BASEBALL COACH named Coach Brady. Got any homerun
hitters on the team?

Hey Nurse Amber...we read in the Grizzly Report that you helped
to nurse back your Dad-in-law back to good health after his ankle
injury mishap. We read Grizzly "helped" too? How did he contribute?

We are always trying to be carefu playing sports, practcing, etc. so
we don't need to have medical attention. If we do, what kind of a
FEE do you charge for SPORTS INJURY TREATMENT? We have
girlfriends you know who can contribute HUGS & KISSES to help
us feel better but, SPORTS MEDICINE might be needed so, we
will keep you in mind to call on you!

Big Brother Brady everytime we pass a drug store we think of
You and a hospital we think of you Nurse Amber.

Gotta go...our Minor League Ball Park jobs will be calling us
to come to work shortly. Nice talking with you two.
