Hey Big Brother Tanner,
Again "Congratulations" on graduating college (Kala too) and
being hired to become a teacher and basketball coach and
assit. football coach. We are so PROUD OF YOU!!

(Drew): Sorry to hear Big Brother Tanner you don't know what
you could teach Mark playing basketball because, 'he knows
alot already.' Mark will say he does. To hear him talk he 'knows
everything about basketball' and perhaps there isn't much you
can teach him, although he occassionally needs to be reminded
that he shouldn't disrespect and talk back to game refs. You
being a coach now, you have ever right to kick Mark's little butt
when he needs it done and give him a good butt-chewing!!

(Mark): Yikes!!

(Jake, Sean, Cody & Hunter): Can we watch you Coach Tanner?
We would like to lend moral and team support to our teammate
Mark when he get's himself into trouble, and you being a New
Coach guess we could say Mark always needs some extra
coaching and encouragement, and after you chew him out or
kick that little butt of his we would like to still be there for Mark.

(Mark): Coach Tanner it is true sometimes I forget and might
disrespect a ref during a game of basketball or other sports I
play in. I try to watch it. I'm just glad I'm older now (and learned)
and beyond the time when I was playing my early years of high
school basketball and made a few mistakes then disrespecting
a basketball game ref and I even yelled at my coach thinking he
didn't care to help me when I thought (you might recall I told you
about this) I was right, and I got myself into awful trouble with
my coach during the game and especially after the game when
Coach gave my little butt a good bare butt paddling in front of the team
and then later on my dad at home gave me a repeat longer bare butt
paddling for punishment. Both sure got my attention and taught me a good valuable lesson.

(Cody & Hunter): We didn't know Mark when this happened to him but,
Mark and the guys have shared with us about this happening, and we
both would have been there for Mark to lend our moral support to him,
and anyone else on the team that might have had this happen to them.

(Mark): I know Big Brother/Coach Tanner you probably won't have a
basketball player come along to you and act like I did, and I know
you can't use physical force like I had given to me that was allowed
and Coach thought it through carefully and thought it was "best" for
me to have happen and did; but you will know of plenty of other tactics
to get a message across to a "troubled" basketball player, which I
know you will do with love, even if you have to have that player
run alot of suicides or 'kick' their butt some other way or even here's a suggestion: have that player write down what they did wrong and what
they think their own punishment might be and weight the thoughts and see what might be worked out to correct them in their mind to not have it happen again to them, etc.

(All of us): Hey Big Brother/Coach Tanner...YOU would have made a
great 'Ram Rod' to guide and lead to raise funds for new equipment
or uniforums at the school you really want that coaching job at.

Your going to do FINE where you will start out at! Sooner or later,
and we hope the sooner comes faster, your going to be the HEAD
Varsity Basketball Coach someday for sure! Until then, your going
to have a winning basketball program. You have the drive, patience,
and know how to get things done with players in basketball and
football, so do a GUT CHECK and do what is right, if you know what
we mean? We'd be proud to have you as coach! (Drew): Even if Mark thinks he knows it all). (Mark): Stop it Drew. Coach Tanner/Big Brother
I wouldn't try to run things 'my way' because your the coach with the
knowledge BECAUSE YOUR THE COACH. I am willing to do things
your way, and work things out, sir! Maybe a suggestion once in awhile and you dont have to listen or take any from me.I just want to be the
best basketball player I can be, contribute to a team and it doesn't
matter if we can't win all the games. If I know I played by heart out and did my best, there is always for improvement and I am willing to give
it my all and more. (Drew): I believe Mark is sincere. But some could
look at this as SUCKING UP TO COACH! LOL.

(All of us): Hey Big Brother Tanner the High School Activities Association in your state made the right move/choice to start this
new program you talked about that you will work in and be apart of!
Why'd it take them so long to realize this? Your going to do great
working there. Your going to help alot of players get themselves
ready to play all the sports!

In the afternoon you can if you want to still work your old job
of shingling roofs again? Will you have time to? It will be
up to you. Of course, you again will have the opportunity to
work outside and work on your summertime suntan, so you
can drive Kala CRAZY!

Of course though, what if you have some athletes who will
come to you and ask if they might put in some extra time
in the afternoons to work on their condidtioning, litfing weights,
and work on 'their game' for the sport(s) they will be going out
for and play?

(Mark): This is a good point! Also, you could find yourself
missing out on eating doughnuts and it being your turn to
buy that week! LOL.

(Drew): I knew it! Mark couldn't go without talking about
food!

(Jake, Sean, Cody & Hunter): Big Brother Tanner, if your
going to buy doughnuts we like the jelly-filled ones! (Mark):
So do I and glazed is great! (Drew): Okay, I know when I'm
licked. Make mine a jelly doughnut! (Mark): Drew, your talking
about food now! GEEZE!

CONGRATULATIONS & GOOD LUCK TO YOU AND KALA
AS YOU GRADULATE. WE WANT TO HEAR ALL ABOUT
EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED!!

HAIL TO THE COLLEGE GRADUATING CLASS OF 2016!!
