I think I would comfort Meiko by telling her not to feel sad and that she would soon be out of school and she wouldn't be teased until the next day. Every one is different in many different ways. They tease you Meiko because they weren't hit by the bomb and don't know how it hurts. Meiko just ignore them and it will be like your still in your old school. Meiko keep in mind you have the fifth treasure beuaty in the heart, and if you decide to keep it act nice to the students at school even if they do tease you.
