| It's possible to choose colors for each and every title.    .....by using "FONTS". This method is somewhat lengthy. But, it puts you into full control. Instead of placing your title in the usual position; replace it with a Font Color. | |||||||||

TitleA can be changed to another color by substituting "#4eCe0e" with another.
Fonts can be used for various purpose.
In this case;
...when applied to the Rows of titles, the standard blue pen color will be replaced with any given choice.
Just below; in the following example: 
I've used numerous colors for demonstrative purposes only.
Under normal circumstances, it's best to choose one typical color (or, perhaps a few colors).
However, this HTML Sequence includes 26 different shades.
(If making your own HTML Lists; try sticking with a simpler scheme.

Also, don't forget:
when creating your HTML Lists, or Tables,
it's possible to create a fancier & more versatile headline:
(note:  most Internet Text uses a mild-black color. )
This is not the same as solid black.
