It's possible to choose colors for each and every title. .....by using "FONTS".
This method is somewhat lengthy. But, it puts you into full control.
Instead of placing your title in the usual position; replace it with a Font Color.

here's a code:
TitleA

TitleA can be changed to another color by substituting "#4eCe0e" with another.

Fonts can be used for various purpose.
In this case;
...when applied to the Rows of titles, the standard blue pen color will be replaced with any given choice.

Just below; in the following example:
I've used numerous colors for demonstrative purposes only.
Under normal circumstances, it's best to choose one typical color (or, perhaps a few colors).
However, this HTML Sequence includes 26 different shades.
(If making your own HTML Lists; try sticking with a simpler scheme.

it's possible to create a fancier & more versatile headline:

(note: most Internet Text uses a mild-black color. )
This is not the same as solid black.

[examples of mild-black & off-black colors include:
#0D0D0D, #191919, #262626, #333333, #404040, #4D4D4D, #595959, #666666, #737373]

Solid black is #000000.

Some Internet Text also uses mild forms of Dark Grey
(#777777, #595959,#3C3C3C)
or Brownish Black
( #0A0500, #1A0D00,#291400) .

various Headlines feature brighter colors (for demonstrative purposes only).

(You will probably want to add Opening New-Tab feature, along with creating outer Text.
(enabling your link to open in-a-new-tab.
and, adding outer text when the cursor is dragged and highlighted).

Also, remember:
The newer method for creating Headlines.
Your Opening Captions can become fancier, larger, colorful & more diverse :
as the following examples indicate:

(Usually blackish colors work best for headlines, but any palette can be chosen.

Finally, the Size of your Font can also be changed.
