Ich finds toll, dass du es nicht mehr machst.
Es ist leider so, dass wenn man mal die Grenze überschritten hat, passiert es viel leichter. Bei mir ist es meistens auch noch so, dass ich betrunken bin oder Tabletten genommen habe und somit eine gestörte Wahrnehmung habe und auch den Schmerz weniger spüre.
Ich hoffe, dass ich es nicht wieder mache.
