wünsche dir viel glück!!! (ich habe nur mit ritzen aufgehört. schlage mich halt manchmal noch ins gesicht oder beiße mir in den arm, so dass blaue flecken entstehen.. das find ich nicht so schlimm wie ritzen. hoffentlich halte ich es durch und ritze nie wieder<
