Fast täglich.
Verbrennen: Deo auf die Arme sprühen und anzünden oder Blech über einer Kerze heiß machen und auf die Haut drücken.
ritzen: Arme und Beine, manchmal Hals. Mit nem Teppichmesser. Gestern hatte ich wieder einen Zusammenbruch. ca. 30 Schnitte am Oberarm (manche schlimm, manche nicht so schlimm)
Schlagen: Meist ins Gesicht oder mit der Faust gegen Schränke und Wände.
Finger in die Augen drücken: ich denke das sagt alles.
