these things, do not just come out from your head... well basically it does... but you need to feed your head with information first... a good book that talks about belief, truth, and knowledge is called "An introduction to Philosophical analysis". other sources can be taken as well from the internet. i myself am doing the same topic, and is also strugling to find the link between knowing, believing and truth. well basically just read trough you sources, and im sure youll get a top quality work. you will include the theories of truth as well... like the correspondence, the pragmastic, and so on. the ToK teacher should also have some materials and sources for you to use for you essay...
